Return of the Adventure with Wine
in partnership with Hoffstot's Cafe Monaco
Wines will be paired with the following:
- Miniature chicken saltimbocca with prosciutto, baby spinach, fresh mozzarella, tomato chutney, and marsala jus
- Tempura shrimp with orange ginger dipping sauce
- Miniature caesar salad in parmesan cup with spicy shaved N.Y. strip steak
- Pumpkin ravioli with fall spiced cream sauce
- Mini toasted almond tortes with raspberry whipped cream
- Italian antipasto display with olives, cured meats, cheeses, roasted peppers, giardiniera veggies, roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, crackers, naan bread, rosemary and sundried tomato dipping oil
