This League is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes especially directed toward the fostering of arts and crafts in New Kensington and surrounding communities. This League will provide a means of self-improvement through lectures, public discussion groups, forums, panels, and critiques; provide inspiration and encouragement to artists and craftsmen and sponsor arts and crafts shows, displays and exhibits at which appropriate prizes will be given. Shows and displays will be for public viewing and sales by the League and/or artists will be permitted. Each of these activities of the League is open to participation by the membership of this League.
