Renewing & Returning Materials
Renewing Items
If another patron does not have a hold on the item you are trying to renew you can renew items up to four times. Please keep in mind that Peoples Library does not allow renewals on seven day loan items. These are most commonly new bestselling fiction and non-fiction titles and DVDs and Videos.
You can renew in person at either Peoples Library location. You can also renew items over the phone by calling either Peoples Library location. Our newest renewal option is to renew online at www.wlnonline.org with your library card number and four digit password. If you have not changed your password, it defaults to the last four digits of your phone number. (For security purposes, we strongly encourage you to change your password.)
Returning Items
Items can be returned to either Peoples Library location or any of the other eighteen libraries in the Westmoreland Library Network. For a list of libraries, please click here.
